Terms & Conditions

Upon submitting an inquiry, your agreement to comply with these terms & conditions is automatically assumed. Once they are violated, I will drop correspondence and stop work on your commission without refund.

  • I do not consent to have my work used to train AI.

  • I reserve the right to refuse to draw anything for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to upload images to this site and any other display of my portfolio.

  • You may repost images as long as proper credit is given. Do not edit the image in a way that hides the watermark/s.

  • All prices listed are estimates, and liable to change. Prices may increase according to complexity, difficulty or level of detail.

  • I do not refund for dissatisfaction, and I do not completely redraw images unless you make a new, separate inquiry with extra payment. I will make minor changes and adjustments during the process with no charge.

  • Commissions take a maximum of two months, unless a longer time estimate is provided. If I do not announce any such extension and the work is incomplete two months after the first payment, you will receive a full refund.

  • I draw quickly and may be able to work with deadlines, but cannot guarantee earlier than two months. Rushed work may sacrifice quality. It is best to plan ahead and make your inquiry in advance.

  • If you decide to cancel partway through (i.e there has been enough progress on the piece to constitute labor), Payment 1 will not be refunded, but Payment 2 will be canceled.

My Process

If you are interested in commissioning me, you can either send an inquiry through the provided Google Form, or contact me via [email protected]. From there, we will establish a way to communicate back and forth.Here is how the process will go.

Contact—

You reach out to me saying you are interested in commissioning me.Here, you will tell me what you would like me to draw. At this point, sending reference images would be helpful and appropriate, for characters, poses, colors, etc. References are not required, but understand I may take more creative liberties. Please remember that I do not give refunds for dissatisfaction.

Quote and Details—

We discuss your inquiry. If I have questions about what you described, or you would like to elaborate further, now is when this would happen. I will give you a quote here. As our conversation continues, this quote might change, but at the end, an agreement is hopefully reached.

Payment 1—

At this point, you will send me the first half of your payment! This will be 50% of the total amount given. I do not start work until this is received.

Progress Updates—

Once Payment 1 is made, I will begin by making a few sketches for you to choose from, depending on how specific the request is. This decision will determine how the piece will look. If you like none of the sketches, I will try again, but I only do this for free once.As I work, I will continue to send thumbnails of the piece. I highly encourage communication during this time. I will do small changes for free, but I will not redraw the piece. The sooner you request the change, the easier it will be; multiple requests for changes may warrant a time extension on my end. This will not incur the refund clause in my Terms & Conditions.

Payment 2—

At this point, the piece is complete! I have sent you the thumbnail and you are satisfied with the finished work. This is when you send me the second half of your payment! If I have decided any extra charge is necessary, it will be added onto this payment.

Completion—

As soon as I receive your full payment, I will send you the completed image in full resolution through Google Drive!

Characters may be human, humanoid, anthro, or animals.Extra characters are +50% of the base price. For example, a piece with 3 characters will be twice the original.Props increase the price based on amount of detail. This includes things like weapons, and also complicated clothing.Simple backgrounds (patterns, shapes, flat color etc.) are free. Minor background elements are +20% of the base price. Full background with details is +45%.

WHAT I DO/DON'T DRAW

I DON'T draw:

  • Anything that may implicate a real person's reputation. Portrait work of yourself or a celebrity is fine. Self insert OCs are fine. (I may refuse to draw certain celebrities at my discretion.)

  • Suggestive, NSFW, or gory art of minors or minor characters

  • Mech

  • Hateful / bigoted art

  • Anything that could cause legal problems. Nothing that could get me arrested.

  • Certain fandoms, including but not limited to the following:

Harry Potter, Hetalia, Homestuck, South Park, Attack on Titan, Vivziepop franchises, Arcane (TV), Sanders Sides

I do draw:

  • Fanart

  • OCs

  • Canon x OC

  • Shipping

  • Pets

  • Furry / anthro

  • Gore / blood

  • Suggestive / NSFW

NSFW TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you request NSFW art, you must be of legal age. If I find that you are not of age, I will immediately terminate communications and return your money.

I will not accept commissions for the following:

  • Characters that are & remain minors in source material. This includes aging-up.

  • Characters who are "of age but look like children." You aren't slick.

  • Characters from children's media.

  • Animals.

  • Incestual ships. Includes adopted family.

  • Raceplay or other kinks which fetishize and objectify marginalized identities. Not to be confused with respectful depictions.

  • Misogyny.

  • Scat. (In a similar vein, diaper play too.)

The following are not off-limits but may incur additional charge:

  • Heavy or complex bondage.

  • Transformation.

  • Urine / vomit.

  • Extreme feeding / stuffing / inflation.

  • Gore.

  • Furry/anthro designs with significant deviation from human anatomy.

Do not attempt to persuade me if I tell you no. I will block you if you cannot respect these boundaries and continue to push them.
