Terms & Conditions

Upon submitting an inquiry, your agreement to comply with these terms & conditions is automatically assumed. Once they are violated, I will drop correspondence and stop work on your commission without refund.

  • I reserve the right to refuse to draw anything for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to upload images to social media, this website, or art galleries.

  • You may repost images as long as proper credit is given. Do not edit the image in a way that hides the watermark/s.

  • All prices listed are estimates, and liable to change. Prices may increase according to difficulty and time necessary.

  • I do not refund for dissatisfaction, and I do not completely redraw images unless you make a new, separate inquiry with extra payment. I will make minor changes and adjustments with no charge.

  • Commissions take a maximum of two months, unless a longer time estimated is provided. If I promise 2 months and the work is incomplete by then, you will receive a full refund.

  • I draw quickly and may be able to work with deadlines, but cannot guarantee earlier than two months. Rushed work may sacrifice quality. It is best to plan ahead and make your inquiry in advance.

  • If you decide to cancel partway through, Payment 1 will not be refunded, but Payment 2 will be canceled.

My Process

If you are interested in commissioning me, you can either send an inquiry through the provided Google Form, or contact me via [email protected]. From there, we will establish a way to communicate back and forth.Here is how the process will go.

Contact—

You reach out to me saying you are interested in commissioning me.Here, you will tell me what you would like me to draw. At this point, sending reference images would be helpful and appropriate, for characters, poses, colors, etc. References are not required, but understand I may take more creative liberties. I do not take refunds for dissatisfaction, please consider this.

Quote and Details—

We discuss your inquiry. If I have questions about what you described, or you would like to elaborate further, now is when this would happen. I will give you a quote here. As our conversation continues, this quote might change, but at the end, an agreement is hopefully reached.

Payment 1—

At this point, you will send me the first half of your payment! This will be 50% of the total amount given. I do not start work until this is received.

Progress Updates—

Once Payment 1 is made, I will begin by making a few sketches for you to choose from, depending on how specific the request is. This decision will determine how the piece will look. If you like none of the sketches, I will try again, but I only do this for free once.As I work, I will continue to send thumbnails of the piece. I highly encourage communication during this time. I will do small changes for free, but I will not redraw the piece.

Payment 2—

At this point, the piece is complete! I have sent you the thumbnail and you are satisfied with the finished work. This is when you send me the second half of your payment! If I have decided any extra charge is necessary, it will be added onto this payment.

Completion—

As soon as I receive your full payment, I will send you the completed image in full resolution through Google Drive!

Characters may be human, humanoid, anthro, or animals.Extra characters are +50% of the base price. For example, a piece with 3 characters will be twice the original.Props increase the price based on amount of detail. This includes things like weapons, and also complicated clothing.Simple backgrounds (patterns, shapes, flat color etc.) are free. Minor background elements are +20%. Full background with details is +45%.

  • Real people (self insert OCs are ok)

  • Very heavy gore

  • Suggestive, NSFW, or gory art of minors

  • Ship art for ships that are abusive, pedophilic, incestuous, erase sexuality

NSFW TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you request NSFW art, I will ask for age verification. The easiest way will be through asking for a picture of your ID, with your info blurred out. This is of utmost importance.All NSFW art is subject to a 10% price increase from base. Furthermore, terms and conditions will be stricter.

The following subjects are prohibited:

  • Characters that are & remain minors in source material. This includes aging-up.

  • Characters from children's media.

  • Animals.

  • Abusive / incestual pairings. Includes adopted family.

  • Pairings with an otherwise imbalanced power dynamic; examples include teacher / student, boss / employee.

  • Bodily trauma, body horror by injury, gore, death.

  • Sexual assault / rape, depictions of abuse, anything nonconsensual or of dubious consent.

  • DDLG / CGL / ageplay. Includes usage of "Mommy/Daddy" title.

  • Fetishization of marginalized groups (POC/trans/disabled/fat/etc). I will draw NSFW of characters in marginalized groups, but not in a fetishized light. (Example; depicting POC vs raceplay)

  • Misogynistic content.

  • Vore, scat, vomit.

The following subjects will see an extra +15% charge, on top of the original price increase:

  • Heavy bondage / bondage in complex posing.

  • Complex outfits.

  • Transformation (will not do gender transformation).

  • Unsanitary.

  • Feeding / stuffing / inflation.

  • Bodily harm (light / moderate BDSM themes).

  • Anthro designs that deviate massively from human form.

Each list has the chance to grow, and will never shrink; I don't budge on these topics. My banlist is mostly based on morals, so I am very likely to block contact based on asking for the listed content.
